Code of Ethical Conduct

The Company has established a Code of Ethical Conduct (hereafter, the “Code”) to gain the trust of all our customers, shareholders, business partners, and the local community and to contribute towards the development of society by implementing fair and sincere corporate activities and fulfilling our social responsibility.
Officers and all employees in the Company (hereafter, “We”) will behave as respectable working adults in conducting their business and daily activities based on the Code.

Environmental protection

We will autonomously and actively promote daily activities that protect the global environment.

Disclosure of company information

We will provide fair disclosure of company information to customers, shareholders, and stakeholders with the aim of achieving a more open company.

Maintaining social order

We will respond to anti-social activities with a resolute attitude, reject any relationship with anti-social forces, and strive to maintain and stabilize social order.

As members of society, we are committed to actively provide and participate in social contribution activities.
