FAN Communications, Inc. hereby announces the progress on acquisition of treasury shares pursuant to the provisions of Article 156 of the Companies Act as applied by replacing terms pursuant to the provisions of Article 165, paragraph (3) of the same Act, which was resolved at the Board of Directors’ meeting held on February 09,2026.

The status of the repurchase is as follows (please refer to the attached PDF), and this concludes the repurchase program based on the resolution mentioned above.
