The Company hereby announces that, as stated in the "Notice Regarding the Discrepancy between the Second Quarter (Interim Period) Earnings Forecast and Actual Results, and the Revision of the Full-Year Earnings Forecast" announced today, the Company has revised downward its earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026.

In light of this, at the Board of Directors meeting held on August 10, 2026, the Company resolved to withdraw its medium-term management plan (covering the fiscal years ending December 2025 through December 2027), which was announced in the "Notice Regarding Formulation of Medium-Term Management Plan" dated February 10, 2025.
